Blanche offers free gift-wrapping, so be sure to request it if needed.

SHIPPING POLICY

Blanche uses FedEx to ship all packages. We offer ground shipping (arrives between 4 – 5 business days), two day, or three day express shipping. We charge what we are charged and add a three-dollar handling fee to cover the cost of packaging. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Due to the fact that FedEx charges by weight and package dimensions, we are unable to determine the cost of your shipping prior to packing your order. This policy ensures that you will always be charged a fair and reasonable price for shipping with Blanche.

 

RETURNS

Blanche offers a seven-day return policy, so if you purchase something and upon receipt find you are not happy with it, please do call us right away so we can get your return request processed as soon as possible.

We cannot be responsible for return shipping costs, unless an item proves defective, in which case we will, of course, reimburse you for the cost of your shipping and send a replacement at no cost to you.

In the event that you need to return an item we will credit your card once we receive the returned merchandise.
